Bi-weekly 60 minute 1:1 Reconnection Sessions to become unstuck and empowered in action. 2. Two “I am stuck” WhatsApp connections per week, for those moments when you need extra support in between our calls. 3. Techniques in subtle body awareness through breath-work, meditation and journaling. 4. Week day email support for those in depth questions and concerns on our week off. 5. Bonus VIP day.
