Welcome to my unique blog and coaching website, where I share my life transitions and coaching methodology.
I first survived, then coped and now embrace every life transition and challenge with joy and appreciation. I created Van Der Walt Coaching to help people who feel disconnected and disjointed from their lives, because of overwhelming life challenges. I help them create a true connection with every life transition, enabling them to flourish, be creative inspirational humans that are present and conscious to their own lives.

I started my blog 'Coach Notes from a Beach Walk' with the goal of offering readers insight, hope and tools for balanced life transitions.
